End of year COVID-19 Updates
We are very fortunate to have been able to operate extremely effectively during the early COVID-19 days with minimal delays. Our team continue to work hard to provide the best possible service and range of products as we always have strived to achieve. It has undoubtedly become more and more of a challenge, with skeleton staff and supplier delays we had to work around the clock to ensure your deliveries were on-time and without delay. Unfortunately there were a few supplier mishaps along the way but it’s a blessing to have managed it so well in such unforeseen circumstances. We hope everyone is well and healthy and we will continue throughout the year to run shopcoffee.co.uk as efficiently as possible.
21st October 2020: From the beginning of the impact date we will continue to process orders and dispatch within the scheduled timeframes. We ask for your patience if any delays occur and our team are on-call and e-mail to assist with any urgent orders and ensure you are getting exactly what you are hoping for.
Delays & Stock Availability
Some of our suppliers, especially those abroad are experiencing difficulties in expedited shipping to us, consequently we are experiencing a few delays but will continue to monitor the actual available stock online and 90% of the time the stock count will be correct on what we hold in our warehouses. However, upon occasion it may occur that we don’t hold the stock for an item, and we request that you contact us before placing any urgent orders so we are able to confirm with better understanding as to whether the stock is available for an immediate dispatch.
We will continue to process all orders throughout and up until December 24th and will resume normal operation on January 4th. Any orders placed before December 21st subject to stock availability should be dispatched as normal. If your order is placed within our closing period, it will be sent out on week commencing January 4th.
Ultimately, we continue to do our best, hoping we are fulfilling all orders as expected and will ensure all feedback is dealt with and actioned to improve all our ongoing operations.
