What is the warranty that comes on equipment?

Most of our equipment come with a manufacturers warranty by standard. This is usually a 1 years warranty. If you want to know whether or not the product you are interested in comes with a warranty – please read below. Machinery has its own warranty. How do I know which products have warranty?

Usually if your product has a warranty this will be stated in the products description on our website, however you can also visit the manufacturers website to check the standard warranty offered

Do you offer warranty on machines?

We offer specially catered warranty on machines based on what’s best for you – just check out our machines warranty page.

How do I return an item that's under warranty?

How can I pay?

We accept the following methods of payment – just place your order and select what’s best for you at checkout – If you are having problems with making payments please get in touch.

If I pay by bank transfer, how long will my order take to be delivered?

Paying by bank transfer will not slow down you order. As long as the payment is made shortly after the order we will make sure the order is dispatched as per normal. If the payment is made afterwards we recommend you send us an e-mail to inform us to avoid any delays in processing your order.

Can I pay with a different method?

If for some reason you can’t make a payment online. Get in touch.

Same day dispatch is available on a huge range of our products. All days are working days only. Delivery cut-off time is at 12:00pm, all orders placed before this time will be dispatched the same day subject to availability. If your order is urgent please contact us before checkout.

We can deliver to the UK, Europe and even internationally!

Is my delivery guaranteed for next day?

If you have chosen UK Express delivery – your order is usually delivered the next working day (subject to stock availability and ordered before 12pm).

That’s for Monday to Thursday only. If you need a Saturday Delivery or it is very urgent – get in touch.

If we don’t have the item in stock and the delivery will take longer than a few days extra – we’ll be in touch.

How long does delivery take to Europe?

Delivery to Europe usually takes between 2 – 5 working days.

I need to order for international delivery - what should I do?

If you need to order to any country in the world – your shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout and you can checkout normally. If you have any queries or larger order. Please get in touch.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order several days after purchase, please see if your order has been dispatched via your account on or your e-mail. If the order has not been dispatched please get in touch and let us know. If the order has been dispatched and has not arrived after a few days please use the tracking details that you have received via e-mail to contact the courier for an update.

We only install commercial coffee machines, grinders and other industrial equipment. We can under some circumstances arrange an installation of Gaggia Coffee Machines.

Providing we get all the information we need and the setup is ready for installation we can quite confidently have your machine installed within just 1 week.
