fill in your details and select “Request a quotation” for your shipping option

Step 3:

You can now checkout and place your order

Make sure you’ve put your correct delivery address as this will be used to calculate your shipping costs

Now Just tick the box and click on “place order”

Step 4:

We’ve now Received your order!

Now we’ll:

  • check the best rates available for your order delivery
  • send you an email with an updated proforma invoice

You can then either:

  1. email us back to confirm you’ve made payment
    [PLEASE USE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AS THE PAYMENT REFERENCE TO AVOID DELAYS IN YOUR ORDER]
    we’ll dispatch your order and send over tracking information
  2. Or email us back to cancel your order
    No hard feelings!

I placed an order and there is no shipping cost?

Yes, that’s normal! – Just bear with us while we put a shipping quote together and you’ll get another email with the updated pro-forma invoice.

Can I pay by card or PayPal?

Unfortunately, we are currently only accepting bank transfer payments on all international orders outside the UK.

Is there VAT on my order?

No, as per UK Law, we don’t charge VAT on any exports going outside the UK. However, you may be charged customs duty and taxes by your local customs office. This varies from country to country.

How long does the delivery take?

Depending on where you are in the world, it can take from 1-5 working days on most situations.

    For international delivery, are there any cancellation fees if I cancel after checking the shipping rates?

    Also for the shipping fee, how do I pay it? Is credit card payment possible?

    No, there is no obligation to proceed with the order, you can get a quotation then decide whether you’d like to proceed or cancel.

    We currently only accept bank transfer payments for international orders.
