We offer no-hassle returns on most products you purchase online!

You must initiate a return request within 14 days of purchase and return the order back to us within 14 days of your return approval, The item must be packaged exactly as it was received.

Summary:

  • The product/s must be unused and in perfect condition for resale
  • The box or packaging must not be damaged
  • The returns request must be put through within 14 days of purchase
  • You must pay for postage (in some cases this may not be the case) – we recommend a tracked service to avoid a missing parcel
  • A return postage label can be provided at an additional cost
  • A refund will be issued after your return has been inspected

Warranty

If your product has been subject to a fault in manufacture, the following terms apply.

  • We offer an intermediate service where we assist in the replacement of the faulty product
  • The product must be within the manufacturers warranty period which can be found in the product description or through the manufacturers website
  • Unless an additional warranty was purchased most items will either not be covered by warranty or will have a return to base warranty
  • The postage & packaging costs for returning the item to us, returning the item to the manufacturer and returning the item back to the customer will have to be paid by the customer

    RTB P&L – You must return the product back to us and once repaired, arrange a collection from us for the product to be returned back to you.
    ON SITE P&L - We will arrange a date for the product to be repaired on site.
    • I confirm that this product has not been opened, exposed or tampered with.
    • I have only used this product as per the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
    • I have not attempted to have this repaired by another engineer or anyone else.
    • I have read the terms and conditions stated and confirm that I abide by all the terms presented for the selected warranty.
    • I agree to pay for postage to shopcoffee and the return costs for return to base warranty only.
    • I understand that a call out charge may be invoiced for the on-site warranty process and only if the product is covered within the warranty then a full refund of this fee will be given.
