We offer no-hassle returns on most products you purchase online!
You must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your item.
The item must be unused and not tampered with, for used items you should head over to the warranty section.
Once you’ve filled in the form, we’ll send over a returns authorisation which should be sent along with your return.
A refund will be processed shortly after we’ve accepted your return.
A pre-paid returns label will be provided if the item is:
- faulty or damaged;
- not as described;
For any other reason, the return must be sent back to us in its original condition and be fit for resale. A few examples would be if the item is:
- unwanted due to change of mind;
- not as expected;
- delay in delivery;
Please note that all returns are thoroughly inspected and we reserve the right to refuse a return if we find dishonesty in any situation.
For trade customers, if you are returning due to change-of-mind, there will be a restocking fee deduction from your return.
