MAHLKÖNIG® has been producing hand-made electrical grinders and graters since 1924 and each and every creation of Mahlkonig, undoubtedly reflects the perfect marriage of form and function.The new Air Version increases total daily output and lowers the temperature of ground coffee. A fan at the back of the grinder increases and cools the air circulation around the motor and minimizes the heat transmission from the motor to the disc casing. Thereby the ground coffee temperature remains below 50°C even in peak hours which saves the aroma in the cup.In addition to this lowering of ground coffee temperature, active cooling of the motor increases the maximum daily capacity of the grinder – without overheating the grinder. The power of the fan is adjusted to the temperature of the motor. Thereby the fan’s noise is kept at a minimum.Mahlkonig K30 Vario Grinder is the way to begin your espresso journey. Winner of Red-Dot-Design Award 2005, Mahlkonig K30 Vario allows you to grind-on-demand with the freshly ground portion grinding directly into the portafilter. The grinder starts automatically when you insert the portafilter and enables hands-free operation. The Mahlkonig K30 Vario Grinder is electronically controlled (Timer) with variable programming. Single and double shot are preset and counted electronically. The grinding time is less than two seconds for a single espresso (7 gm). Its bean hopper comes with 3.3 lbs capacity. K30 Vario features stepless grind adjustment, precision grinding discs and illuminated display. Its unique and modular design makes K30 Vario very special and easy to maintain.

Pupqress M1 is a collaboration developed with Mahlkonig to offer cafes a combined grind on demand and precision tamping solution.
Simply grind from any suitable MK grinder (K30/ PEAK etc) then drop the portafilter down to tamp the espresso with perfect precision.
Also available in Matte White and Dark Grey.
