Question
Christian Bluee –
Hi, I am interested in the Twinings 12 Compartment Wooden Tea Box SKU: BREW100 and was wondering if I can purchase one with the royal warrant?

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
According to Twinings, this is as follows:
“Made from fine dark wood and finished with the Queen’s golden Royal Warrant and solid brass hinges and openings.”
However, on occasion we have had ones without the royal warrant, so we’ve added this into the description to avoid any disappointment.
I recommend to place your order and reply back to your order confirmation with this:
“Please only process and send this order out if the box contains the warrant” – In which case we’ll check the box before dispatch and if we’re unable to provide one we can always cancel and refund your order.
Stock rotates all the time so it can only really be checked upon dispatch.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
