This is an IMS precision filter basket for a 58mm tamper.
The Competition Series Precision filters are designed and calibrated to obtain uniformity of all the holes, allowing a consistent coffee extraction.
The electropolishing process provides a mirror surface finish that minimizes surface micro-roughness, which significantly reduces the adhesion, reduces corrosion and makes easy the filter cleaning.
This ridgeless basket is cylindrical with a convex bottom and has a height of 28.5mm. Average capacity is 18 – 22g.
