increasing the reliability of a machine which has already set the standard in the industry. Timers allow baristas to track the brew time of espresso. Dual PID provides consistent temperature in the separate steam and coffee boilers. The Linea Classic has helped to forge the world of coffee over the last 3 decades.
- Boiler:
- Insulated Boilers: reduce energy consumption while contributing to temperature stability.
- Dual Boiler System: separate boilers optimize espresso brewing and steam production.
- PID Temperature Controller for coffee and steam: electronic, algorithmic control of the espresso brewing temperature (+/- 0.5°C).
- Water sensor: Measures the conductivity and hardness of water as it enters the machine.

- Stainless Steel Portafilters & Precision Baskets: for improved cup quality and consistency.
- 3-button interface: Buttons of the left group (AV) or on the electronics board (EE) can be used to program the machine.
Programmable doses – AV Only: Auto-Volumetrics ensure repeatability and consistency in high-volume settings. - Saturated Groups: ensure unsurpassed thermal stability, shot after shot.
- Pro app compatible: Electronic board that allows connectivity with the La Marzocco Pro App.

- Machine Operation: automatic (AV), semiautomatic (EE) and mechanical paddle (MP) versions.

- Autosteam – Special order: Automatically stops the steam wand operation at a desired temperature.

- Barista Lights: led lighting allows you to focus on your extraction and the cup.
- Cup Warmer: maintain espresso and cappuccino cups heated at a proper temperature.
- Pro touch Steam Wands – Special order: High performing steam wands that are cool to the touch.
- Cronos Keypad: keypad with digital shot timer to monitor the extraction time (AV version only).
- Shot timer – AV only: Placed on top of the control button, digital shot timer monitors the extraction time.
