Excellent grinder, precise, fast and silent, the Mignon is intended as my second grinder for decaf and single-origin beans, the Specialty 65 is my main workhorse, still I would have no issue recommending the Mignon Specialita as a great prosumer grinder for every day use. Love it!

This grinder is an absolute beast! Very easy to use and allows for the most micro of adjustments. My coffees are now the best and tastiest they have ever been. It’s also very quiet and for the size (small) it’s very powerful. The grinder has minimal grind retention and is very easy to clean without losing your grind setting. How easy is it to change beans? We tend to switch the beans in our grinder a few times a week. Do the beans get left behind in the burrs when yiou remove the hopper?

Some beans do get left behind, about 2 double shots worth.
After that it will grind the new beans.
