First baked by our founders Maggi and Gary, over 20 years ago and it’s so good that the recipe has changed very little since. Filled with chunks of creamy European white chocolate and rich, toasted macadamia nuts to give a cookie that will never go out of fashion.
The world famous Byron Bay Cookie Company have been baking cookies for over 20 years from our home town of Byron Bay, Australia. The premium cookie range is now baked in Europe to help reduce the carbon foot print of each cookie. We use as many locally sourced ingredients as possible (within 50 miles of our UK Bake-house) including honey, butter and free range eggs. We are proud to have all of our gluten-free European baked cookies approved by the Vegetarian Society and certified by Coeliac UK.
