Question

Hi, I am planning to make a trial to roast my own coffee.
I only drink Arabica, I do not like acidic coffees and I am used to Italian espresso.
Which coffee would you recommend to start in your selection?
Thanks

Hi,
I’d recommend the Brazil Santos and then the Guatemala.
Thanks.

And I forgot to ask, is Brazil Santos 100% Arabica as well?
I suppose so but I prefer to be sure…

Hi,
how would you recommend to roast this coffee at home?
I plan to use a regular oven… I ordered this green coffee following your recommendations and it is supposed to be delivered tomorrow!

Hi.
You can certainly roast these green beans at home with the correct equipment!
Roasting is an art and can be extremely particular.
However, the beans are great and if done properly you’ll have a great final coffee.
Good luck!
Thanks.
